Written after reading Psalms 119

"Your Word, O Lord, is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Your Word is forever settled in Heaven, Lord - thus do all obey it.
Settle Your Word in my heart , O Lord…I am poor and lowly.
My heart struggles to understand, and my understanding is so very limited. Help Thou Your servant, that I be not distressed.
Cause me to walk in obedience to Your Word always.
Lead me and guide me by Your Spirit. When I am unable, be my ability…and when I am froward, withhold my steps.
I delight to do Your Will, O Lord, but find in me a foolishness, a need to be in charge which distresses me; be in charge of my life, Lord, and deliver me from frowardness.
My enemies charge me with sin, and I know my righteousness is like filthy rags; remind my enemies of Your Righteousness on my behalf, and deliver me from their accusations.
Allow me to walk in peace with You all the days of my life.
Heal me and deliver me for Your Name’s sake, O Lord, that I would walk before You in the Land of the Living, and not bring shame upon Your Name.
Forgive all those who walk before You in ignorance, my Lord. Forgive them, take away their ignorance, and heal them.
Forgive those who hate me; and for their hate, grant them forgiveness, love, and mercy.
Cause them to seek You with all their hearts, and to delight in You and in Your Mercy.
The earth is Yours, O Lord, and all that is therein…forget not Your Creation; walk in it once again as You walked with Adam and Eve in the cool of the evening. Walk with Us, Lord, with Your People, and let us be a Family that seeks to serve You, our Father.
Provide for us.
Let us walk before You in the Land of the Living, delighting in Your Providence, Your Divine Mercy, each and every day of our lives.
Do not wait on us, O Lord, to do this thing, but provide for us before we ever need it; give us all we need, with abundance, that we might share with those that have little, or nothing.
Use us as You see fit, and reward us with peace, and happiness, joy and contentment..
We are Your workmanship, the delight of Your hands - should we not do as You have made us to do?
Deliver us from a selfish spirit, and keep us on the path that You delight to travel on. Teach us what is important, and discard for us the dross from our lives. Shine us for Yourself, that You might delight in our brightness, which shines for You and You only.
You are all, my Lord. You are the King of kings, the Lord of lords, and the God of gods; there is none before You, and none your equal.
I love You, Lord, and I love Your Ways - cause me to walk in them as You see fit. Teach me and guide me by Your Spirit.
Make me one with Your Son Jesus, even as He is one with You while I walk in the Land of the Living.
Let my life, and the life of my wife, be a living praise to You, and an example of Your loving kindness.

In Jesus's Name I ask it, Lord, amen, and amen."
