THANKSGIVING - THE REAL THING!
George Washington decreed that a certain day be set aside to thank GOD for His blessings upon our country...it WAS NOT considered a breach of the law separating Church and State to honor God in this way ! For this reason we celebrate Thanksgiving...thank you, George, for what you did...and Thank You so much, Jesus, for what You did! Without You, I'd be nothing. What has God done for you? Are you healthy? Do you have all your limbs, eyes, ears, and can you think clearly? Then you have a LOT to be thankful for! Do you have a roof over your head? Thank God! Are you free of cancer? Thank God! Do you have ample food? Thank God! I'm sure if you think, you'll find you have LOTS to be thankful for... |
