Delighting is SO MUCH better! I'm so glad you stopped by - I hope we can serve the Lord Jesus together!
I have great news! Norma Budden and I wrote a book together entitled "Finding Tracey"...we wrote this online, she in Canada and me in the United States! Norma had written several books already, and had a publisher lined up in Canada, and the book is now available at most major online bookstores! Remember I told you not long ago how I was learning to follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit every day? He led me to quit my job, taking another elsewhere... Today I received an email from a friend...I'd like to share it with you: "One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, "My son, the battle is between two 'wolves' inside us all. One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego." He paused, looking intently at his grandson, before continuing. "The other is Good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith." The grandson thought about it for a minute, and then asked his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?" The old Cherokee simply replied, "The one you feed." " Take heed who you feed. Recently the Lord Holy Spirit pointed out that I prefer handling things myself rather than entrusting them to Him...
and that He was sent by Jesus to be our "Helper, Teacher, Guide, and Comforter," and that He could do a much better job than I could. I agreed. I surrendered everything concerning my life to the Holy Spirit...and things got rather exciting! I'm starting a new job January 7th, 2008; I'm believing God to use me on that job, and give me a new start working in His vineyard...I want to 'abide in Him' always! Pray for us. Pray for ME, that I would be obedient to the Lord's Will for my life, and for the lives of my family members. G ive your life into the hands of the Lord Holy Spirit - Jesus sent Him to help you, you know...trust Him!  EVERYONE NEEDS A SMILE! Give one away today! DON'T MISS THE MARK IN 2008 - AIM FOR THE TRUTH -   REPENT OF THE SIN IN YOUR LIFE, AND DRAW CLOSER TO JESUS !!! If you Don't have Jesus in your life, then you need to pray and ask Him in! Otherwise, you're in darkness... Pray with me now: "Lord Jesus, I'm a sinner. Forgive me, and come into my life, and be my Savior. I believe You are God's Son, and that You died for me so I could have this forgiveness; please come in my heart now - in Jesus's Name I ask it, amen." Decide TODAY that you're going to seek Jesus with a new urgency every day! DELIGHT in Him, and he will give you the desire of your hearts... TRUST ALSO in him, and he will bring it to pass! Make Proverbs 3:5-6 your LIFE SCRIPTURE ...that's a scripture you choose out of the Bible to help guide you through life! If you have another Scripture that means more to you, use it...memorize it and live it to the best of your ability! Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness...that may mean forsaking sins you currently enjoy, or improving on your thought-life; no one knows you better than yourself, so take a good, hard look and go from there. A lot of people have a secret sin-life...lay that down, ask Jesus to help you with it, and walk closer to Him this year than ever before! After all, He died for you...made a way for you to rise again, just as He did, and enter into Heaven, just as He did...don't you figure you owe Him more than you are giving Him?
